The City Hall of Pau already used the Orion Appointment solution to manage the reception of the citizens at the ID service. With the constraints linked to the Covid-19, the Culture Department has decided to use a feature of Orion Appointment that allows to manage the registration for an event. The agents in charge of the events organization can manage the number of registrations at an event and they can identify the participants onsite.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

These new features were thus available for the first event of the summer: the music festival. Audiences were able to register online for one of the five stages offered. As this was the first test, a technician from ESII was available to assist us.
