In April 2026, the CPAS of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre<\/a> equipped its reception area with a queue management solution<\/strong>. The installation meets a simple need for this CPAS, which operates with 2 counters<\/strong>: to organize visitor arrivals and improve service flow.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

This project illustrates ESII\u2019s ability to support all types of organizations<\/strong>, from large structures to smaller sites. Queue management is a useful service for visitors<\/strong>, whatever the size of the reception area. Here, the goal was to implement a solution adapted to the CPAS\u2019s day-to-day operations, without adding complexity<\/strong> for staff or for the residents of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

To organize reception at this CPAS, ESII installed a Keo\u2122 kiosk<\/a> allowing users to take a ticket when they arrive. Calls are then displayed on LCD Display<\/a> screens.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

“The follow-up was always very professional, and above all very pleasant. I never felt that the goal was to sell us the most expensive solution possible, but rather a solution that was truly adapted to our situation.
The technical installation and training sessions also went very well, always with the same focus on service. Once the ticket dispenser was in use, ESII remained available to answer questions and make the necessary adjustments.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
