Context<\/h4>\n

The first installation carried out at UZ Gent<\/a> with Cameo\u2122 kiosks<\/strong> dates back to 2015<\/strong>. It has been continuously adapted<\/strong> and expanded<\/strong> with the new needs of this hospital both in terms of patient flow<\/strong> volume and technology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Installation<\/h4>\n
\n

The current installation has now 12 Cameo\u2122 kiosks and 5 Twana\u2122 XL<\/a> kiosks<\/strong>, the last of which was installed during March 2024. They welcome<\/strong> patients, identify<\/strong> them with an ID card reader and distribute<\/strong> a ticket to call them during their journey.<\/p>\n

Several services have been installed, including the main reception area with 15 counters<\/strong>. To facilitate the calling of the very large number of tickets<\/strong>, the screens are installed in portrait mode to display many numbers.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
