Clic Sant\u00e9 is an innovative digital solution, developed by Trimoz, in Canada that simplifies online appointment booking for medical services. Through this platform, patients can easily and quickly schedule online appointments with a wide range of health professionals.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

ESII and Clic Sant\u00e9 have collaborated for the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital in Montreal, a member of the Integrated University Health and Social Services Center of East-Island-of-Montreal (CIUSSS). In October 2021, the hospital’s sampling center has installed the Orion queue management solution to better organize the resources of the reception service. Prior to this, the hospital had already adopted Clic Sant\u00e9, the number one appointment solution in Canada.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

It quickly became obvious that to optimize this installation, the Orion solution needed to interface with the Clic Sant\u00e9 platform. Since May 2023, the two solutions have become perfectly compatible!<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Through APIs, Orion retrieves the daily appointments from Clic Sant\u00e9 every morning and afterward every 15 minutes. This allows the patient\u2019s identification upon arrival using the Twana\u2122 Ultimate kiosk.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

By entering his phone number, the patient is recognized in Orion and placed in the queue for his journey throughout the sampling center. He is called to a counter for registration through call screens, then directed to another waiting area by an agent. A last call on a screen guides him to the sampling booth.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
