Long equipped with the eSirius\u2122 solution, the City of Amiens has decided to modernize its reception by opting for the Orion queuing system in SaaS mode. Thus, the main city hall, 4 annex offices and a Maison France Service (MFS) now use this solution to welcome and guide citizens. 6 Keo connected kiosks were deployed on this occasion to identify and print tickets for visitors, with or without an appointment.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

There are 6 kiosks in total, including two at the central city hall for ID and administrative\/benefits and support reception. They are equipped with a QR code reader for identifying appointments and allow spontaneous visitors to take a ticket.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Appointments for Marriage\/Partnership\/ID services are managed by the agents. Initially, the agents were reluctant, but now planning management is easier for them and they find it more practical. In the MFS, there was no appointment booking before, but now the agents are familiar with the tool: having all the citizen information in the same software is very positive for them.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

The Orion interface is user friendly and easy to use. The BI feature allows, especially, to know the workload of the agents (number of visitors received). The search for visitors who have canceled appointments is also a very useful feature. The history is a daily necessary tool to justify the number of appointments made.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

On the citizen side, it is very practical for them to see all the slots available on all the locations easily and to be able to filter by location or day of the week.
