New version of the most advanced software for customer reception management, eSirius ™ 12 offers even more connected features to improve the customer experience

eSirius ™ 12 improves the connectivity of customer reception management modules to provide optimal customer experience throughout the journey.

Customer reception is connected through the ESII Connected Card ™ solution, ticketless solution to better serve visitors. With the connected card, customers are completely freed from the wait. The card informs them when they are called and indicates on the screen the desk to proceed to. Easy and fun IoT, the Connected Card ™ has a patented ESII technology.

The new dashboard allows fast and effectively viewing of information in real time as easily understandable indicators. The visualization of the most relevant data increases operational efficiency; immediate information enables faster decision-making. Examples of indicators: Changes in attendance, processing efficiency, serving efficiency, critical waiting time ...

eSirius ™ 12 also incorporates the new functionality eSirius Box that allows sites to continue to operate locally (tickets, calls, receiving modules, identification of scheduled appointments) if the WAN (network between central and local site) drops.
