Mobile Reception For One of ESII’s Historical Customers

Near 25 years after having installed Angoulême bus station with a station and platform management solution, ESII today equips the STGA (Angoulême Public Transports) with the SmartWait™ Server and eAppointment™ solutions. Respectively renamed MyTicket and MyKiosque, these two new services aim at offering more freedom to users and at regulating flows during peak times.
With MyTicket mobile application, user can take a virtual ticket and remotely get in the queue, from its Smartphone. The ticket guarantees that visitors are taken into account and received on time. MyKiosque is an online appointment booking service. Users choose their visit purpose (Card creation or Others) as well as the day and time slot they prefer. Once the appointment is scheduled, a confirmation and a reminder are sent by email and/or SMS.
With these mobile and online solutions, users manage their time as they want and waiting times are reduced. The STGA reflects a positive image of reception quality and its staff can work in serene conditions.
