An Interactive Kiosk To Receive The University of Geneva Students

Founded in 1559 by Jean Calvin, the University of Geneva (UNIGE) is dedicated to thinking, teaching, dialogue and research. With 16’500 students of more than 150 different nationalities, it is Switzerland’s second largest university. 
 
The Admission Department installed a TWANA™ Ultimate interactive kiosk (with bar code and card readers) to receive students in self-service. The latter select their visit purpose and have a call ticket. They are then called by their number on a video screen.
 
To manage this solution, the customer journey and queue management software eSirius™ was selected.
