An improved reception in the Children Department of Paris’s 13th district city hall

Parents no longer have to queue at the City Hall of Paris’s 13th arrondissement. The ESII customer flow management has been installed.

At arrival the visitors receive a ticket after specifying if they have an appointment or not on a DISEO kiosk. Visitors are then invited to sit down. A screen in the waiting area while broadcasting official communication displays the called numbers and the calling desks. The reception management solution eGestat ™ has been installed to monitor the hardware.
