Houilles City Hall Reduces Waiting Times For Its Citizens

Houilles City Hall has recently installed ESII’s solutions to reduce waiting times for its citizens and improve its reception quality.
 
As soon as they arrive, visitors go to the City Hall’s main reception desk. They indicate their visit purpose to the reception agent (passport, ID, registry office, general affairs, funerary). The agent selects the requested service on the DISEO™ touchscreen ticket dispenser and gives them a call ticket.
 
With this ticket, visitors are clearly informed of the waiting conditions: call number, number of people before them and estimated waiting time. When it is their turn, they are called by their number via an electronic display, which also directs them to the calling counter.
 
As for the software, it is the eGestat™ queue management solution that has been selected. It enables the manager to monitor reception in real time and to adapt the resources according to visitor flows.
 
With this solution, easy to install and use, queues are virtualized and managed.
