ESII solutions under the sun of New Caledonia


The Office des Postes et des Télécoms (post office) of New Caledonia selected ESII solutions to improve its customers reception. The multiple sites solution eSirius™ was installed in almost twenty sites.

On arrival the customer selects his service via the DISEO™ interactive kiosk. In the waiting room a video screen displays communication, call numbers and the calling desk.

The eStat™ tool provides accurate data about the number of customers per day and per branch. These management tools have greatly facilitated the optimization of resources and staff agendas management. Thanks to this powerful solution customers are better received and calmer.
