ESII Solutions Enable Public Services to Modernize User Reception

ESII solutions for Public Sector
It can be at the City Hall of Echirolles, at the CCAS (a communal French administration) of the Mans or at the CAF (French family benefits fund) in the Doubs, ESII is involved everywhere in the modernization and improvement of user reception.
 
 The City Hall of Echirolles chose the eGestat™ solution for its Registry office whereas the CCASchose the eSirius™ advanced solution. In both cases, users get a call tickets on a touch screen kiosk DISEO™, in self-service at Le Mans and in possession of a reception agent at Echirolles. Then, they are free to go to the waiting area where an LCD screen displays information as well as the call numbers and calling counters.
 
With these specific solutions, users are supported throughout their journey: they are clearly directed and informed and thus are more relaxed. Agents and managers have tools that are both efficient and easy to use, which enables them to work in better conditions.
 
Finally, it has to be noted that the CAF of Doubs has been awarded with the “price of innovation of the Social Security” presented by the Social Security and the UCANSS (a national association that brings together all the local Social Security) on January 31st 2014. This award crowns “the efforts realized by the CAF to improve the users’ reception conditions”, with the installation in last June of a reception with appointments system.
