The City of Valladolid selects Orion

Valladolid , main city in Spain, has more than 300,000 inhabitants. The Covid19 crisis led the municipality to change the way it welcomes its citizens by selecting our appointment solution Orion.

Now, to access one of the three facilities of the City Hall, citizens make an appointment directly on the website of the city. Thanks to this system, the 25 municipal agents can welcome 11,000 citizens every month by appointment.
