Context

The emergency service of the Roubaix Hospital welcomes every year more than 70 000 patients and their accompanying persons. The hospital decided to install a queue management solution so as not to add more stress to the patient.

Installation

A Diseo™ kiosk allows the patient to take a numbered ticket in order to take place into the waiting queue. He knows when it’s his turn thanks to 2 video screens installed in the waiting room that displays the number called and the box where he has to go to.

Benefits

Thanks to this solution the running order of the patient is respected, thus generating less stress and conflict.
