Montreal Tourist Office Receives Its Visitors With ESII’s Solutions

The tourist office of downtown Montreal has equipped its reception with ESII’s solutions.
Located at the entrance, a DISEO TS™ interactive kiosk (integrated into a custom stand) receives tourists in self-service. On the touch screen, they select their visit purpose and are provided with a call ticket. Then, they are asked to wait for their turn in the waiting area. Two video screens broadcast calls and digital signage to reduce the wait perceived by the visitor. When it is their turn, visitors are called by one of the 17 tourist office agents. The calling counter can be easily located thanks to the flashing electronics displays installed above each workstation. As for the software, the tourist office has chosen the customer reception management solution eGestat™.
With this solution, tourist flows are managed and queues are virtualized. Tourists are received in the order and agents work in stress-free conditions.
