French Public Transport group RATP provides a reception tailored to staff needs

A DISEO™ interactive kiosk has been installed at the reception area to receive employees and direct them to different services (including unions, family services, etc.). The kiosk has also been designed for disabled people with a brail label and voice synthesis.
 
In the waiting area, an LCD screen displays visitor call numbers while broadcasting dynamic communication. Here, employee advisors call the next visitor to their counter via their call and reception module. With the eGestat™ Customer Flow Management solution, managers can monitor reception data in real time and receive live statistical reports.
 
With these ESII solutions, RATP staff are better directed and have a more relaxed waiting experience. These management tools lead to improved reception areas and optimised resource management.
