ESII optimizes services to citizens of the City of Brossard in Quebec

ESII Canada, branch of ESII, SAS., French leader in innovative customer experience solutions, installed a new connected queue management system for the city of Brossard, Quebec, in collaboration with bciti, Canada's multi-city, multi-channel intelligent platform that optimizes services to citizens.

The bciti platform brings City Hall services together into one application. It is thus possible to modify personal information, respond to surveys, report an anomaly on the territory using photos, track a request, renew a leisure subscription or library and the subscriptions from the entire family directly online from his personal account.

For procedures that require to go the City Hall, the partnership with the ESII offer allows an optimal management of the citizen's time. They can make an appointment online, they receive a confirmation by email. The day of the appointment, when they arrive at the city hall, the citizens identify themselves directly on the self-service kiosk thanks to the QR code of their bciti cards, without waiting. They are then received to be served at the time of the appointment. Integrating the ESII system into the bciti system centralize the dataset and the use of Artificial Intelligence enable to better anticipate needs and facilitate decision-making for cities.

ESII Appointment Management expertise combined with the bciti platform has enabled to drop waiting time for busy activities from 3:45 hours to 2:30 minutes in one year. The City of Brossard, already a pioneer in the installation of the bciti platform, is the first to be equipped with all the services.
