eGFA Solution To Be Installed In French Health Insurance Offices

As announced in last November, ESII won the eGFA national invitation to tender of the National Health Insurance Offices with eSirius™, the market’s most advanced software for customer flow management. ESII has just begun to install its solution in the Vaucluse and Toulouse offices.
 
The reception principle is simple: upon arrival, the user is invited to check-in on the TWANA™ DISEO™ self-service kiosk, provided with a health card reader. Once they have selected their visit purpose, the user goes to the waiting area where an electronic display indicates calls and calling counters. Each counter is equipped with a LED Display™ which broadcasts the workstation name and the call number to better direct the user.  
As for the agents, the software installed on their computer enables them to call and direct users in a few clicks. Meanwhile, managers can supervise the reception in real time and adjust their resources according to visitor flows. 
 
With eGFA, waiting lines and user reception are smoother. Real and perceived wait is reduced and agents’ work is optimized.
