Canadian and Burkinabe banks offer a simplified journey to their customers

ESII finance solutions
The eGestat™ reception management software has been installed in the Caisses Populaires du Burkina in order to monitor the hardware in branches. When they arrive, customers identify themselves on the self-service DISEO™ touch screen kiosk. They can easily select one of the 8 services: deposit, withdraw, money transfer… Then with their call ticket they go to the waiting area where a video screen displays the next call.
 
In Canada, The Caisses Desjardins keeps deploying ESII solutions in their sales offices. To get a complete and advanced reception management, the bank selected the eSirusTM solution. When they arrive, customers identify themselves on the self-service DISEO™ touch screen kiosk.  
 
A LCD screen is installed in the waiting area; it displays the calls in progress and communication (events, product information…).When it is their turn customers are called to an available counter. At the end of the visit and in order to improve the customer journey, the branches can text visitors to thank them for their visit or to apologize for a long waiting time (« bye bye services »).
 
With these tailored solutions, The Caisses Populaires du Burkina and the Caisses Desjardins considerably improved the reception of their customers. « This solution gave a better and more modern perception of our organization among our members » said Patrice Ouedraogo, Cissin branch manager of (Burkina).
