Options for eTurn™™ packs

  • Customization of colors: for tickets (white, red, blue, green, yellow) and the displays (white, amber, red, green, blue).
  • Communicating thermal ticket: for a customized ticket (size, images, direction, etc) and communication channel.
  • Displays: possibility of adding displays.
  • Electronic calling console: 5-key calling box for displaying the current call, the "end of call/ end of interview", recall of the last number and absent visitor.
  • Dynamic identification of counter: mini flashing LED display identical to the main display.
  • Call via video: deployment of an electronic video overlay with a choice of colors or IT module for the configuration of the call displays. This second mode allows the last called number to remain displayed and to display both the call number and the name of the calling workstation.
  • Miscellaneous: you can add additional call boxes, an adjustable column for hanging the display from the ceiling, a sign extension for the display or a stand and sign extension for the dispenser.

eTurn™™'s technical features

  • 3,000 ticket manual dispenser or thermal dispenser
  • Wired or wireless call box (The wireless box uses 2 AAA batteries. 1-year minimum battery-life at a rate of 4 calls per minute 40 hours per week)
  • The eTrack™ wireless main unit is mounted behind the display thus making it unseen
  • The peripherals must be within a 20m distance around the main wireless unit. The call boxes within a 15m distance.
  • Wired equipment possible, even with a wireless main unit
