Purchase collection express service

eTrack™ is a web solution especially designed for managing purchase collection.

eTrack™ manages purchase collection from the placement of the order up to collection by the customer. This solution manages all the stages of the order: preparation, checking, collection and monitoring.



Operation

eTrack™ manages all the stages of your customers' orders, from the check-out up to the collection point, it informs your customers on the preparation status of their order and tracks the orders in real time.

At the check-out

The number indicated on the check-out receipt is the same than the one used to identify the order.
Preparation

As soon as they are issued by the check-outs, the orders are automatically integrated into the system in "pending preparation" status. The preparation time can be calculated automatically depending on the number of parcels or can be entered manually.
Checking

This stage is optional (checking and validation of the order, or return to preparation).
Order tracking by the customer

Your customer tracks the preparation stages of their order as well as their call number on one or more LCD screens. Your customers can thus be informed about their waiting time in real time.
Active waiting

Thanks to the reminder screens, your customers are free to move around in your sales area thus encouraging impulse purchases.
Order collection

The order number(s) are called by video. As a back-up to the visual call, calling the number by voice synthesis can be used.
Monitoring by the manager

The supervisor views all the current orders with a color system for fast responsiveness. Thanks to the automatic entry of the orders, the supervisor knows the exact waiting time of the customers in real time.
