Options for eTurn™™ packs

  • Customisation of colours: for tickets (white, red, blue, green, yellow) and the displays (white, amber, red, green, blue).
  • Communicating thermal ticket: for a customised ticket (size, images, direction, etc) and communication channel.
  • Displays: possibility of adding displays.
  • Electronic calling console: 5-key calling box for displaying the current call, the "end of call/ end of interview", recall of the last number and absent visitor.
  • Dynamic identification of counter: mini flashing LED display identical to the main display.
  • Call via video: deployment of a electronic video overlay with a choice of colours or IT module for the configuration of the call displays. This second mode allows the last called number to remain displayed and to display both the call number and the name of the calling workstation.
  • Miscellaneous: you can add additional call boxes, an adjustable column for hanging the display from the ceiling, a sign extension for the display or a stand and sign extension for the dispenser.

Wireless mode

A single master radio module can control all the radio receivers (slaves) for a site and each slave module can control 2 peripherals.

50 m free field range, the frequency used is either 869.9 or 869.5 MHz.

Good reception, quite simply

eGestat™ is the ideal solution for managing your reception simply, without needing an IT server.

eGestat™ is a web solution integrated into an electronic box which is not a PC. You manage your reception without any deployment, directly from the users' PCs through a simple browser.

If you do not wish to use the web reception module, you can opt for an electronic reception console solution.
